We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who can support and grow our international sales operations.
Job Overview
As an International Sales Executive (Export), you will play a key role in managing global client relationships, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth execution of export operations.
You will be responsible for communication with international clients, sales coordination, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
International Client Handling
- Communicate with overseas clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication across multiple time zones
Sales Coordination & Support
- Prepare and share reports, quotations, and sales data
- Track sales performance and assist in achieving targets
- Support the sales team in closing deals efficiently
Export & After-Sales Coordination
- Manage documentation and coordinate with clients for smooth delivery
- Handle post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
Market Development & Strategy
- Identify new international markets and business opportunities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Support expansion into untapped regions
Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare reports to assist in strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
- Minimum 01 to 03 years of experience in Sales / Sales Support / International Client Handling
- Experience working with international clients is highly preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
