We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to support recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, documentation, and HR operations for teams working with US clients and international student onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle onboarding and exit formalities
Support payroll coordination with finance/compliance teams
Maintain attendance and leave records
Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs
Coordinate engagement activities and employee communication
Ensure HR compliance aligned with company standards
Required Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience working with HRMS or Excel trackers
Understanding of onboarding workflows
Documentation accuracy and confidentiality handling
Exposure to staffing/compliance processes preferred
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
