Job Responsibilty:
- Greet walk-in clients and manage front desk operations professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, filter inquiries, and follow up on digital leads.
- Schedule consultations and manage the daily appointment calendar.
- Assess client profiles and advise them on visa eligibility and documentation.
- Convert prospective leads into registered clients to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate client data in our CRM or database system.
Edcation and Skill:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience: 0-3 years in immigration counselling, front desk operations, or telesales.
- Languages: Fluent in English and [Insert Regional Language, e.g., Hindi/Punjabi].
- Skills: Strong persuasion skills, basic MS Office knowledge, and an approachable personality.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
