Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to manage the complete onboarding journey of new clients. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between sales, delivery, and clients—ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to successful project kickoff.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end client onboarding process
- Act as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Operations, Support) for seamless onboarding
- Conduct onboarding calls, product walkthroughs, and requirement discussions
- Ensure all onboarding documentation, contracts, and credentials are completed accurately
- Set clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables with clients
- Track onboarding progress and resolve any issues or escalations promptly
- Collect initial client feedback and ensure a positive onboarding experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management abilities
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of IT services / SaaS / digital solutions (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in client onboarding, customer success, or account management
- Exposure to IT services, software companies, or agency environments
- Immediate joiners preferred
