Job Description – Core HR Recruiter (Placement Consultancy)
We are hiring a Core HR Recruiter for our Placement Consultancy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media & references
- Screening and shortlisting resumes
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
- Follow up with candidates till joining
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Understand client requirements and fulfill positions within timelines
- Build good relationships with candidates and clients
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or placement consultancy preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of job portals and hiring process
- Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred
