Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive for a leading building material company dealing in AAC Blocks and ALC Wall Panels. The candidate will be responsible for project sales and business development by working closely with builders, architects, contractors, consultants, and construction companies in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate should have experience in project sales within the building material, construction, or infrastructure industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities for AAC Blocks and ALC Wall Panels
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and project owners
- Visit construction sites and ongoing projects for lead generation and product promotion
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new projects and maintain project pipeline data
- Coordinate with dealers and distributors for smooth order execution
- Handle client negotiations, quotations, and follow-ups
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of project sales in building materials
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Market knowledge of construction and infrastructure industry
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AAC Blocks, ALC Panels, plywood, tiles, steel, pipes, or related building materials
- Experience handling builders, architects, consultants, and contractors is mandatory
- Candidate should be comfortable with field sales and client meetings
- Local Ahmedabad market knowledge will be preferred
