Job description :
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and databases.
- Ensure the security, availability, and reliability of IT systems, implementing appropriate measures to protect against data breaches, unauthorized access, and system failures.Plan and implement upgrades, migrations, and enhancements to IT infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Technical Support and User Management:
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of user accounts, access controls, and permissions.Train and educate staff on IT tools, systems, and best practices.Develop and implement user training programs and resources to enhance IT literacy and efficiency.
Vendor Management:
- Evaluate and select vendors, service providers, and technology solutions based on organizational needs and requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance and optimal performance.Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues, escalate support requests, and implement system integrations.
- Academic Database support through smart board management system, configuration and networking support for data sharing.
- Access control system configuration and support.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
