Job Description
As an Influencer Marketing Executive at Sudathi, you’ll build and lead creator partnerships that drive reach, engagement, and sales. From identifying the right influencers to managing campaigns end-to-end, you’ll craft strategies that amplify our brand voice, fuel festive moments, and connect Sudathi with millions of shoppers across India.
Key Responsibilities
● Strategize, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other key platforms.
● Build a strong influencer network—from micro creators to celebrities.
● Identify and onboard influencers that align with Sudathi’s voice and brand positioning.
● Manage campaign briefs, contracts, deliverables, and timelines.
● Track performance through engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI metrics.
● Lead festive and trend-driven campaigns to drive traffic, visibility, and sales.
● Collaborate with content, performance, and design teams for end-to-end execution.
What We’re Looking For
● 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or creator management.
● Strong understanding of social media and the influencer ecosystem in India.
● Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and execution skills.
● Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive insights.
● Fashion / D2C experience is a plus.
● 18 months bond compulsory.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
