Job Role
To connect with prospective customers, generate leads, provide information about company products/services, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations and schedule site visits/meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM/system.
- Follow up with interested customers to nurture leads and support conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and status updates.
- Prepare daily call reports and update management on lead progress.
Salary: As per industry standards.
