Job Summary
As a Retail Trainer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the capabilities of our retail sales force. This full-time, entry-level position is based in Bangalore and operates on a hybrid model, allowing for both on-site training delivery and remote work flexibility. You will play a crucial role in disseminating product knowledge, refining sales techniques, and ensuring our brand's standards are upheld across all retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs on Vivo products, features, and technologies to retail staff and partners.
- Educate sales associates on effective sales strategies, customer service best practices, and objection handling techniques to maximize sales conversions.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to retail outlets to assess training needs, provide real-time coaching, and ensure brand compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback, making adjustments as necessary.
- Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and quick reference guides.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new Vivo product launches to keep training content relevant and cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience Requirements
This is an entry-level position seeking candidates with 1 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in retail sales, training, or a related field within the consumer electronics sector.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
