*Job Summary*
⚫️We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships throughout the property buying journey. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication between customers, sales, legal, finance, and project teams while delivering exceptional customer service from booking through possession and post-sales support.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage customer interactions from booking to possession and beyond.
* Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
* Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
* Prepare and issue booking forms, demand letters, receipts, and other customer-related documentation.
* Track payment schedules and follow up on pending dues.
* Coordinate site visits, property inspections, and possession handovers.
* Keep customers informed about project progress and construction updates.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
* Generate CRM reports, customer feedback reports, and management dashboards.
* Build long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or post-sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
* Experience with CRM software.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
