About the Role
ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Assistant Professors for its university alliance programs with Arka Jain University and Srinath University.
We are looking for passionate educators with strong communication, soft skills, and management teaching expertise to train undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in:
- Business Communication
- Communicative English
- Personality Development
- General Management
- Conduct skill-based and interactive classroom sessions.
- Prepare students for internships, placements, and corporate readiness.
- Coordinate with the university for academic reporting and daily academic activities.
- Participate in examinations, assessments, and evaluation processes.
- Support student mentoring and overall academic development.
Eligibility CriteriaQualification
- MBA (Marketing/HR)
- Strong proficiency in English Communication and Soft Skills training
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Management, Communication, or related subjects.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Knowledge of personality development and employability training
- Student engagement and classroom management skills
- Industry-oriented teaching approach
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Passionate about teaching and student development
- Confident in handling communication and soft skills sessions
- Able to mentor students for placements and interviews
- Strong coordination and academic administration abilities
