In this role, you will help shape how AI, graph intelligence, and data signals come together to power next-generation SaaS experiences. You will translate product vision into executable delivery plans, ensuring that intelligent capabilities such as Copilot workflows, AI-driven insights, entity relationships, and automated recommendations are embedded seamlessly into user journeys. Working at the intersection of AI, data platforms, and user experience, you will partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and product leadership teams to bring intelligent experiences to market that are scalable, measurable, and customer-centric.
Essential Job Functions
- Define AI-powered product features aligned with the Knowledge Graph vision and roadmap.
- Translate AI capabilities (LLM integrations, signal scoring, relationship inference, automation triggers) into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Plan and prioritize the product backlog to balance innovation, scalability, and measurable customer value.
- Lead release planning for AI-enabled features, setting expectations for iterative learning and optimization.
- Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, guardrails, and edge-case scenarios for AI-driven workflows.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to operationalize graph intelligence into Copilot-style experiences and automated recommendations.
- Define how backend intelligence surfaces in UI, including prompts, suggestions, scoring logic, explainability, and confidence indicators.
- Represent responsible AI practices by ensuring transparency, guardrails, and validation mechanisms are built into experiences.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring stories are clear, technically grounded, and ready for development.
- Monitor feature adoption, AI performance metrics, and feedback loops to refine model-driven experiences over time.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong experience delivering AI-enabled SaaS or data-driven product experiences.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts such as LLM workflows, prompt engineering basics, signal scoring, model outputs, and feedback loops.
- Ability to translate technical AI and data concepts into structured product requirements and user experiences.
- Experience defining Copilot-style workflows, guided automation, or intelligent recommendations.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with experimentation and performance metrics.
- Strong execution discipline with exceptional story writing and backlog management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate in fast-moving AI product environments.
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience in Product Owner, Technical PM, or AI-enabled product roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Hands-on experience working with LLM integrations, conversational interfaces, or Copilot-style experiences.
- Experience delivering data platforms, AI-powered workflows, analytics tools, or intelligent automation features.
- Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and system architecture concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to ship features iteratively and optimize based on real-world usage signals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Knowledge Graphs, entity resolution, or relationship-based data models.
- Experience working with Databricks.
- Experience building explainable AI features within customer-facing applications.
Background in B2B SaaS, sales intelligence, marketing technology, or data products.
- Experience working with experimentation frameworks and model performance tracking.
