Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Marketing professional to lead brand visibility, customer engagement, partnerships, and event-led marketing initiatives for The Dhan Mill. The ideal candidate should understand lifestyle, luxury retail, food & beverage, art, design, and experiential marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Coordinate content creation including reels, photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and campaigns
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement metrics
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Conceptualize and execute events, pop-ups, exhibitions, and seasonal activations
- Coordinate with brands, artists, designers, restaurants, and partners
- Manage event promotions and on-ground branding
- Plan campaigns to increase footfall, engagement, and customer retention
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
