Role description
1.Initiate and drive new research projects of R&D
2. Perform high temperature experiments of slag reaction and iron oxide reduction for several processes in metallurgical reactors
3. Perform metallurgical thermodynamic simulations for several processes in metallurgical reactors
4. Apply knowledge in metallurgy to build high temperature lab scale/pilot scale experimental setup, specific to slag property measurements
5. Perform high temperature experiments to evaluate metallurgical properties of slag
6. Perform experiments, analyse data, report generation to validate mathematical models
7. Develop ideas and concepts to mature technologies to a certain readiness level
8. Deliver on technical projects by planning and executing different tasks by leveraging technical skills and implement new product design/process concept in plants
9. Contribute in multi-disciplinary discussion to enable team for future advancements
10. Takes part in managing different research labs and resources.
