IDBI Capital is seeking energetic and target-driven Sales Officers to acquire Demat and Trading Accounts through IDBI Bank branches and other banking channel partners. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, and promoting investment products to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire Demat and Trading Accounts through bank branches and direct customer engagement.
- Generate and convert leads from branch referrals and field activities.
- Build strong relationships with branch staff and customers.
- Explain investment products and account benefits to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Cross-sell Mutual Funds, IPOs, and other investment products.
- Ensure accurate completion of KYC and account opening documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Banking, Broking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Sales will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
