Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and closing high-value deals.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting decision-makers, understands consultative B2B sales, and takes complete ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets and industries.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and business discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
- Work closely with technical, strategy, and marketing teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Travel extensively across India (15–20 days per month) with occasional international travel when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Demonstrated success in closing medium to large-value business deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial understanding and solution-selling approach.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities.
- Excellent English communication skills; Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
