Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and energetic Canteen Helper to join our busy kitchen and dining team. In this role, you will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and ensure our staff and customers enjoy a smooth, pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist cooks and kitchen staff with washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery thoroughly using industrial dishwashers or by hand; keep food prep stations clean and sanitized.
- Dining Area Support: Wipe down tables, clear trays, empty trash bins, and restock condiments, napkins, and utensils in the dining hall.
- Inventory & Stocking: Help unload food deliveries, check stock levels, and organize food items in refrigerators, freezers, and pantries.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and food safety regulations.
- General Support: Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Canteen Manager or Head Chef.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, cafeteria, or food service environment is preferred, but freshers/trainable candidates are welcome to apply.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift/move heavy objects.
- Hygiene & Safety: High standard of personal hygiene and an understanding of basic food safety practices.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to follow instructions closely.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
