Role Overview
We are looking for an SEO Expert specializing in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) who can help our clients:
- Rank in AI-generated answers
- Dominate local search results
- Capture high-intent traffic that converts into leads
This is NOT a traditional SEO role — we need someone who understands the future of search.
Key Responsibilities GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content for AI search engines like:
- ChatGPT
- Google Gemini
- Perplexity AI
- Structure content for AI summarization & citations
- Implement entity-based SEO & topical authority strategies
- Build semantic content clusters
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content for featured snippets & direct answers
- Create:
- FAQ schemas
- How-to structured content
- Q&A pages
- Target zero-click searches
- Improve visibility in People Also Ask (PAA)
Technical & On-Page SEO
- Perform keyword research (intent-based, not volume-based)
- Optimize:
- Meta tags
- Internal linking
- Content structure (H1-H6, NLP optimization)
- Implement structured data (Schema.org)
Local SEO (Important for Lead Gen)
- Optimize Google Business Profiles
- Build local citations
- Execute geo-targeted content strategies
- Improve rankings for “near me” & city-based keywords
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in SEO (with exposure to AEO / AI SEO)
- Strong understanding of:
- Search intent & semantic SEO
- Featured snippets & zero-click searches
- Experience using tools like:
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
- Google Search Console
- Ability to create content strategies that rank AND convert
Bonus Skills
- Experience in B2B SEO / Lead Generation SEO
- Knowledge of AI content optimization frameworks
- Understanding of conversion-focused landing pages
- Experience working with service-based businesses (education, real estate, etc.)

Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
- OR Per Project / Per Ranking Model
