Sales Manager/Executive – Construction Chemicals & Adhesives
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our market presence in the construction chemicals and adhesives segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
Conduct regular meetings with architects, builders, consultants, contractors, and other specifiers to generate product approvals and project enquiries.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Promote company products and provide technical support to customers when required.
Monitor ongoing projects and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful product placement.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up on quotations, orders, and project approvals.
Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.
Submit regular sales reports and maintain customer records.
Requirements:
Experience in sales of construction chemicals, adhesives, building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, or related products preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Valid driving license preferred.
Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with smiling face can apply)
