The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital's healthcare services, increasing patient footfall, building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare partners, and enhancing the hospital's brand presence through both online and offline marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Promote the hospital's services to patients, doctors, clinics, corporates, and institutions. Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals. Conduct marketing visits to clinics, organizations, schools, industries, and residential communities. Organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events. Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns and online promotions. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase patient engagement. Monitor competitors and market trends and prepare regular reports. Collect patient feedback and suggest improvements to enhance patient satisfaction. Achieve monthly marketing and business development targets. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and submit daily/weekly reports. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms. Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.
