Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our staffing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT professionals for contract and full-time opportunities across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Understand client requirements and submit qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
Maintain candidate records in ATS and ensure timely follow-ups.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills
1–5 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
Strong understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, EAD, OPT, CPT).
Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
Excellent communication and sourcing skills.
Knowledge of ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques.
Preferred: Experience with Direct Clients, MSP, or VMS requirements.
Salary: Competitive salary + Incentives based on performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
