Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CMM Operator with 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing to perform dimensional inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and ensure components meet customer and quality requirements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and inspection processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CMM machines for dimensional inspection of machined components.
- Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process inspection, and final inspection.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.
- Generate and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Indicators.
- Identify non-conforming parts and coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
- Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of measuring equipment.
- Support customer audits and internal quality improvement activities
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
