We are looking for one exceptional individual to join us as a Growth & GTM Intern, working directly and closely with the Founder across every dimension of our go-to-market strategy.
This is not a role where you shadow someone in meetings or collate data into spreadsheets. From day one, you will own real initiatives, work with real stakeholders, and see the direct impact of your work on how Dheera grows. You will be present in strategy conversations, partner calls, client outreach efforts, and content decisions. What You Will Work On
1. Outreach & Lead Generation
You will be the first point of contact between Dheera and potential clients. You will identify the right people at pharmaceutical companies - Heads of Quality, COOs, CTOs, and Chairmen - and initiate meaningful, personalised conversations that earn their attention.
● Research and build targeted prospect lists across priority geographies: Karnataka, Hyderabad, Maharashtra, Middle East, USA, and Europe.
● Craft and execute personalised outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
● Track outreach activity, response rates, and booked meetings in our CRM.
● Qualify inbound interest and set up discovery calls with the Founder.
2. Catalyst Partner Program Management
The Catalyst Partner Network is Dheera’s distributed GTM engine - a community of pharma industry professionals across India and globally who open doors for us. You will manage this community, keep it active, and make sure partners have everything they need to succeed.
● Onboard new Catalyst partners: ex-pharma consultants, BD professionals, industry experts.
● Maintain regular communication with the partner community via WhatsApp, email, and monthly briefings.
● Track partner leads, meeting activity, and pipeline progress.
● Prepare and share partner enablement materials: pitch decks, outreach scripts, product updates.
● Identify and recruit new partner profiles in target cities and countries.
3. LinkedIn & Content Marketing
Dheera’s LinkedIn presence is a key channel for building brand credibility, attracting prospects, and recruiting partners. You will manage and grow this presence alongside the Founder.
● Plan and execute a weekly LinkedIn content calendar for the Dheera company page and the Founder’s personal profile.
● Write posts, carousels, and short-form content on pharma compliance, AI in manufacturing, and regulatory developments.
● Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow the follower base.
● Identify trending regulatory topics (FDA, EU GMP, WHO GMP) and turn them into timely content.
● Build and manage a content library of post templates, carousel formats, and messaging frameworks.
4. Community Building
You will help build a community of pharma professionals who see Dheera as a trusted voice in AI compliance - before they become clients.
● Identify and engage with pharma professional communities on LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and industry forums.
● Support the organisation of webinars, virtual events, and thought leadership sessions.
● Build relationships with pharma associations, academic groups, and regulatory communities.
● Nurture inbound community interest into qualified sales conversations.
5. Sales Funnel Management & Client Acquisition Support
You will own the top and middle of the sales funnel - from the first LinkedIn message to a booked demo to a qualified proposal. You will work closely with the Founder to move opportunities through the pipeline.
● Maintain and update the CRM with all lead, partner, and client interactions.
● Prepare meeting briefs and background research for every client demo the Founder conducts.
● Follow up with prospects after demos and track next steps.
● Support proposal preparation and customisation for specific client segments.
● Track conversion rates at each stage of the funnel and suggest improvements.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely hungry to learn, not just to add a line to their CV. The right person for this role has intellectual curiosity, takes initiative without being asked, communicates with clarity, and finds energy in working on something meaningful.

Minimum
● MBA student (pursuing or complete) or a graduate with demonstrable GTM / growth / marketing internship experience. Bachelors in Business with 0 to 1 years of relevant experience may also be chosen.
● Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, and basic CRM tools.
● Strong written English - you will write content, emails, and partner communications daily.
● Organised and self-directed - this role has breadth; you need to manage your own priorities.
Preferred
● Prior exposure to B2B GTM, SaaS sales, or pharma industry context.
● Familiarity with tools like Notion, HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
● Interest in AI, regulatory technology, or life sciences.

Commitment & Terms
We want to be completely honest with you. This internship is unpaid. We are not able to offer a monthly stipend at this stage, and we will not pretend otherwise.

A Full-Time Opportunity. Dheera is growing. We are looking to build our team. If you perform well over three months, the goal is for you to stay - with a proper compensation package.
Real GTM Experience that most MBA programmes cannot give you. You will have run outreach campaigns, managed a partner network, written content, and built a sales funnel - all of which are skills employers and investors will ask you about for the rest of your career.
Direct Access to a Founder who will invest in your growth, give you honest feedback, and treat you as a colleague - not an intern doing admin.
Non-Negotiable Commitments - Please Read Before Applying
This role requires 100% commitment for 3 months. Not partial effort alongside other priorities. Full commitment.
You must be comfortable working without a fixed monthly salary during the internship period.
You are expected to be available during working hours for calls, reviews, and collaboration with the Founder.
The role is primarily remote but may require occasional in-person time in Bengaluru for key meetings or strategy sessions.
