Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our construction company. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and supporting the sales/marketing team in promoting our construction projects and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services/projects.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Maintain and update customer database (leads, prospects, and client details).
- Generate leads, schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on leads regularly to ensure conversion.
- Address customer queries, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist the sales/marketing team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share updates with management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any field.
- Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing (construction/real estate sector preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Work Environment:
- Office-based role with regular coordination with sales, marketing, and project teams.
- May require occasional client visits along with sales executives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
