The Marketing Executive – Hue Marcom will be responsible for driving lead generation, client outreach, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives for Hue Marcom across Marcom and allied sectors. The role involves proactive prospecting, client engagement, campaign execution, content collaboration, and market intelligence to build a strong business pipeline and enhance brand visibility.
Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline across Marcom and adjacent sectors through structured lead generation and outreach.
Identify and engage high-potential clients within defined geographies and target industries.
Maintain regular and professional communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Ensure timely, personalized follow-ups on all inbound and outbound leads.
Plan and execute bi-weekly and monthly email campaigns to the master database in coordination with content and design teams.
Ensure engaging and relevant content is published on LinkedIn as per the content calendar.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive platform-specific content traction and engagement.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified business opportunities and revenue.
Ideate and execute creative demand-generation campaigns and marketing activations.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand reach and visibility.
Explore new markets, customer segments, and potential revenue streams on an ongoing basis.
Track competitor activities, industry trends, and market movements to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain accurate records of leads, communication, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports covering pipeline health, conversions, and progress.
Conduct in-person client meetings and represent Hue Marcom at networking events, expos, and industry forums.
