Engine Calibration Engineer
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Calibration and validation of Air intake, Torque and Ignition System for the specific engine/vehicle control unit based on the project requirements.
- Calibration and optimization to meet Emission and other legislative requirements using Three Way Catalyst (TWC) functions for the specific engine/vehicle control unit based on the project requirements.
- Calibration and validation of Engine/CEV/tractors/Genset functions for the specific engine/vehicle control unit based on the project requirements
- Calibration and validation of Diagnosis functions for the specific engine/vehicle control unit based on the project requirements.
- Calibration and validation of Safety functions for the specific engine/vehicle control unit based on the project requirements.
- Calibration and validation of Vehicle functions for the specific engine/vehicle control unit based on the project requirements.
- Calibration project management tasks execution preparing reports and documentation as per the defined Calibration Process for the specific engine/vehicle control unit based on the project requirements.
Experience:
- Candidates must possess at least an Engineering/equivalent degree.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Understand engine dyno control vehicles.
- Should have proficiency in Microsoft tools, and awareness of INCA and OBD diagnostic tool.
Education
- Graduation: Mechanical or Mechatronics Graduate
- Under Graduation: Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile engineering
