Our approach combines architecture, interiors, landscape and materiality to create spaces that are functional, aesthetically refined and connected to their environment.
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer Cum 3D Visualiser who can contribute both creatively and technically to our design process.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Interior Designer Cum 3D Visualiser will be responsible for developing interior design concepts and transforming architectural and interior ideas into high-quality 3D models, realistic renders and compelling visual presentations.
This is not purely a rendering role.
We are looking for someone who can understand design, develop spaces, work with materials and translate concepts into strong visual outcomes.
The role will involve visualisation across multiple scales, from:
Interior Spaces → Buildings → Exteriors → Landscapes → Master Plans
The ideal candidate should have strong practical proficiency in SketchUp and professional rendering software such as D5 Render, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape or equivalent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. INTERIOR DESIGN & SPACE PLANNING
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle and functional needs.
- Develop interior concepts and design directions.
- Prepare furniture layouts and space-planning proposals.
- Develop interior schemes for living, dining, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and other spaces.
- Assist in selecting appropriate furniture, finishes, materials, colours, textures and lighting.
- Develop design solutions balancing function, aesthetics, comfort and practicality.
- Explore different design options and alternatives.
- Assist the design team in taking projects from initial concept to final design.
2. 3D MODELLING & VISUALISATION
The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D visualisations across interior, architectural exterior, landscape and master-planning projects.
INTERIOR VISUALISATION
- Create accurate and detailed 3D interior models.
- Produce high-quality, realistic interior renders.
- Develop realistic furniture, materials, textures, lighting and decorative elements.
- Prepare different material and design options for client presentations.
- Create detailed views that communicate the overall design intent.
EXTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL VISUALISATION
Produce high-quality exterior renders for:
- Residential buildings
- Villas
- Commercial buildings
- Apartment projects
- Building facades
- Architectural massing and forms
- Entrance areas
- Courtyards
- Terraces
- Outdoor spaces
- Day and night views
- Landscape-integrated architectural views
MASTER PLAN & SITE VISUALISATION
Develop master plan and site-level 3D visualisations, including:
- Overall site/master plan views
- Villa/community developments
- Building layouts
- Roads and pathways
- Landscape and open spaces
- Water bodies
- Parking areas
- Common amenities
- Recreational spaces
- Outdoor gathering areas
- Site features and structures
- Aerial and bird's-eye views
LANDSCAPE VISUALISATION
- Integrate architecture and landscape realistically.
- Develop vegetation, trees, planting, terrain and outdoor elements.
- Create visually convincing landscape environments.
- Represent the relationship between buildings, open spaces and the surrounding context.

3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
- Translate concepts into detailed and presentable interior proposals.
- Explore materials, colours, textures, furniture styles and lighting schemes.
- Develop mood boards and material palettes.
- Assist in preparing client presentations.
- Participate in design discussions with the architects and design team.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the Chief Architect, designers and clients.
- Ensure that the final 3D visualisation accurately represents the approved design.
4. MATERIAL & PRODUCT SELECTION
The candidate should have an interest in and understanding of:
- Natural materials
- Wood and wood finishes
- Natural and engineered stone
- Tiles
- Glass
- Metal
- Paint and wall finishes
- Fabrics and upholstery
- Lighting fixtures
- Furniture
- Hardware
- Modular cabinetry

The ability to research materials, products and finishes and incorporate them accurately into the visualisation will be an advantage.
5. WORKING DRAWINGS & INTERIOR DETAILING
A basic understanding of interior detailing and construction is expected.
The candidate should be able to understand and assist with:
- Furniture layouts
- Ceiling layouts
- Flooring layouts
- Electrical and lighting layouts
- Wall elevations
- Joinery and cabinetry
- Kitchen layouts
- Bathroom layouts
- Material specifications
- Interior detailing
Experience in preparing or understanding working drawings will be an added advantage.
6. SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTSMANDATORY
Strong practical proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software is mandatory.
The candidate must have strong working knowledge of:
- SketchUp – Mandatory
- D5 Render / Lumion / equivalent professional rendering software – Mandatory

- Photoshop

The candidate should be capable of independently handling the workflow:
2D DRAWINGS → 3D MODELLING → MATERIALS → LIGHTING → LANDSCAPE → CAMERA COMPOSITION → RENDERING → POST-PRODUCTION
Candidates without strong practical 3D modelling and rendering skills will not be considered.
7. MANDATORY SKILLS
The candidate must have:
- Strong 3D modelling skills
- Strong 3D rendering skills
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Proficiency in D5 Render, Lumion or equivalent
- Good understanding of interior design principles
- Good spatial understanding
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
- Strong understanding of materials, textures and lighting
- Ability to create realistic architectural environments
- Strong visualisation and presentation skills
- Good sense of scale, proportion, composition and perspective
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within deadlines

9. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCEPreferred Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in Interior Design
- B.Arch / Architecture
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Architecture
- 3D Visualisation or related design fields
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with an exceptionally strong portfolio demonstrating genuine interior design and 3D visualisation skills may also be considered.
PORTFOLIO IS MANDATORY
Candidates must submit a portfolio demonstrating their own work.
The portfolio should preferably include:
- Interior renders
- Exterior architectural renders
- Master plan / site visualisations
- Landscape visualisations
- SketchUp models
- D5 / Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape renders
- Material and lighting studies
- Before/after or design development work, if available

Visualisation is an important part of our design development process.
The visualiser is expected to understand the design, question it, explore alternatives and help communicate the architectural idea.
You will work across interiors, architecture, landscape and master planning, giving you the opportunity to understand projects at both the human scale and the larger site scale.
