What You'll Do
- Execute daily outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and phone (Aircall)
- Research target accounts and identify the right decision-makers to contact
- Write and send personalised outreach messages using proven frameworks
- Follow up consistently across multiple touchpoints until you get a response
- Log all activity and update pipeline status in HubSpot CRM
- Book qualified discovery calls on behalf of clients
- Hit weekly activity targets: calls, emails sent, LinkedIn touches, meetings booked
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and spoken English — client-facing communication standard
- Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails without hesitation
- High attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely
- Coachable — willing to take feedback and apply it the same day
- Self-disciplined enough to hit daily targets without hand-holding
- Prior sales, telecalling, or BPO experience is a plus, not a requirement
Work from Home Requirements (Mandatory — please do not apply if these are not in place)
- Laptop or desktop with Windows 10/11 or macOS
- Stable broadband internet — minimum 20 Mbps, wired connection preferred
- Noise-cancelling headset or headphones with mic for client calls
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise during work hours
- Power backup (UPS or inverter) to handle outages during shift
Working Hours
This role operates on US/UK business hours (evenings to late night IST). Applicants must be fully available and comfortable working these shifts.
