Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive with strong English communication skills and the confidence to interact with international (foreign) clients. The candidate should have prior experience managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead handling to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with foreign and domestic clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Handle the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow-ups using CRM or tracking tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- High level of confidence and professionalism while speaking with foreign clients
- Minimum 1 year of prior sales experience, preferably in IT* / services / B2B sales
- Proven ability to handle sales from initial contact (Qualification) to deal closure
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude

- Exposure to international clients or global sales processes
- Comfortable with virtual meetings and sales tools
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
