Academic Responsibilities
Supervise daily academic operations across the branch.
Ensure timely commencement and completion of all courses.
Monitor faculty performance and maintain teaching quality standards.
Prepare and manage class schedules, faculty allocations, and student batches.
Track student attendance, progress, and academic performance.
Address student concerns and ensure a positive learning experience.
Conduct regular faculty meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with academic policies and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate examinations, assessments, certifications, and convocation activities.
Sales & Admissions Responsibilities
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Lead and monitor the admissions counselling team.
Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and sales reports.
Develop and implement strategies to increase admissions.
Build relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and referral partners.
Organise seminars, workshops, educational events, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve business performance.
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and mentor faculty, counsellors, and support staff.
Assign responsibilities and monitor team productivity.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative, disciplined, and performance-driven work environment.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly academic and sales reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
