- Experience: 2–4 Years (IT Services preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online bidding platforms, and other lead generation channels.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project discussions and successful client onboarding.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT Services industry.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar online bidding platforms.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing with international clients.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
