Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our JCB dealership team in Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, scheduling showroom visits, and supporting the sales and service teams to achieve business targets. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic CRM knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on sales inquiries, service reminders, and customer leads.
- Explain JCB equipment features, offers, finance options, and promotions to customers.
- Schedule customer meetings, site visits, demonstrations, and test drives where applicable.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/software.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for lead closure and customer support.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily call reports and lead status reports.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to work with sales targets and customer databases.
- Positive attitude and professional telephone etiquette.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate or Intermediate with relevant experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Telesales, or CRM activities.
- Experience in Automobile, Construction Equipment, or Dealership industry preferred.
- Candidates residing in or willing to work in Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
