Customer Support Executive
Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience in Customer Support/BPO
Salary: ₹16,000–₹23,000 In-Hand
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide quick resolutions.
Assist customers via calls/chat/email as required.
Maintain service quality and meet performance targets.
Escalate issues when required.
Requirements
Good communication skills.
Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Comfortable with rotational weekly offs.
Candidates with up to 6 months of relevant BPO/Customer Support experience preferred.
