A leading global provider of logistics, fulfillment, and export solutions is seeking a target‑oriented sales professional to drive growth across warehousing, fulfillment, and international shipping. The business supports e‑commerce, D2C, and FMCG brands with end‑to‑end supply chain services designed to deliver speed, scale, and customer satisfaction.
Role Overview
You will acquire and grow clients needing fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, and export services across multiple international markets. The role involves solution selling, deal closure, account growth, and team leadership to ensure brands expand seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Client acquisition: Prospect brands and sellers, build pipelines through outreach and networking, and conduct discovery calls to identify supply chain gaps.
- Solution selling: Present offerings such as warehousing, inventory management, order processing, returns handling, international delivery solutions, and marketplace fulfillment support. Provide product walkthroughs and customized proposals.
- Deal closure: Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and close deals against monthly/quarterly targets. Ensure smooth onboarding with operations and product teams.
- Account growth: Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and reduce churn.
- Client engagement: Diagnose operational bottlenecks, resolve integration issues, and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
- Team management: Lead and mentor sales executives/managers, set targets, review performance, and build a performance‑driven culture.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–11 years of B2B/B2C/FC sales experience (e‑commerce, logistics, warehousing, SaaS, courier services, or supply chain).
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment, 3PL operations, export compliances, customs processes, and logistics metrics.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Ability to run structured sales cycles and close medium‑to‑large deals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data‑driven pipeline management.
- Experience in leading and growing sales teams (for senior profiles).
