The Role
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us grow our Australian client base. You'll be our voice reaching out to accounting firms across Australia — introducing them to our outsourced SMSF, tax, and bookkeeping services.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential Australian accounting firms, SMSF practices, and bookkeeping firms
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls (Australian business hours)
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the founder
- Build and maintain a pipeline in our CRM
- Understand client pain points around capacity, compliance deadlines, and staffing
- Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of B2B sales / business development experience (accounting outsourcing or KPO preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working Australian timezone hours (morning start in Ahmedabad)
- Self-starter with a hunter mindset
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM is a plus
- Basic understanding of Australian accounting / SMSF / bookkeeping is a bonus but not required
