Job Summary
The Store Billing Incharge is responsible for handling daily customer billing, cash collection, payment reconciliation, and maintaining billing records. The role ensures smooth checkout operations, accurate transactions, and basic support for store activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate customer bills through POS/Billing Software.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
- Ensure accurate billing and avoid billing errors.
- Maintain daily sales and payment records.
- Reconcile cash and digital payments at the end of the day.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.
- Coordinate with store staff regarding product pricing and offers.
- Prepare daily billing and collection reports.
- Ensure billing counter cleanliness and proper functioning of billing equipment.
- Inform management about system issues, billing discrepancies, or customer complaints.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
