Full Stack Java Developer — Calicut (In‑person)
Own backend systems for a global fleet SaaS (AVLView) processing high‑volume telemetry.
Stack: Java 17, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Hibernate, PostgreSQL.
Must‑haves: 5+ years with Java/Spring Boot, production microservices, AWS experience, strong SQL/NoSQL fundamentals.

Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end development: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Build robust, reusable Java services and libraries; enforce clean architecture and patterns.
- Own performance: instrument services, analyse bottlenecks, and improve p95/p99 latency and throughput.
- Integrate features with cross‑functional teams; ensure quality via automated tests and CI/CD.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional Java experience; strong OOP and design patterns.
- Hands‑on with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, and microservices in production.
- Experience with cloud services on AWS (ECS/EC2, RDS/PostgreSQL, S3); familiarity with Kafka/RabbitMQ is a plus.
- In‑person role in Calicut (no remote).
