We are seeking a proactive and analytical Chief Financial Officer with Hospital Experience to manage wealth planning, monitor financial performance, and control expenses across the organization. The role requires close tracking of expenditures, identifying cost overruns, questioning variances, determining root causes of high expenses, and recommending practical, data-driven solutions to optimize financial health and long-term wealth growth
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage wealth planning strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts on a regular basis
- Track expenditures closely and identify cost overruns or unusual spending patterns
- Analyse financial variances and investigate root causes of discrepancies
- Question and challenge expenses to ensure efficiency and value for money
- Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to optimise costs and improve profitability
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and insights for management decision-making
- Support long-term financial planning, cash flow management, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial discipline and accountability
