We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, follow-ups, calls, messages, and providing proper support to clients in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Maintain customer details and daily follow-up reports
Explain services clearly to customers
Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements
Maintain a polite and professional communication style
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers patiently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior experience in customer care, telecalling, or sales support will be an advantage
