Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (L1/L2) to provide IT support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, networks, and Microsoft technologies. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and experience supporting end users in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to users via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Troubleshoot network issues related to DNS, DHCP, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Monitor and resolve support tickets within SLA.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
- Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
Required Skills
- Windows 10/11 and basic Windows Server administration
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Remote support tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)
- Basic knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience with backup and antivirus solutions
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA A+, or Network+ are an advantage
