- B.A / M.A in English – Mandatory
- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory
- CTET Paper II Qualified – Preferred
- Excellent command over spoken and written English
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE curriculum
- Experience in handling Classes 6 to 10
- Board exam preparation experience (Class 10) preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English Language & Literature as per CBSE syllabus
- Develop students’ grammar, writing, reading, and speaking skills
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain academic records
- Prepare students for Class 10 Board Examinations
- Encourage creative writing, debates, and literary activities
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress

- Strong subject knowledge and literary understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage students through interactive methods
