Manage office administration activities.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMC, repairs, and administrative services.
Ensure availability of office supplies and stationery.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement of administrative materials.
Manage company vehicles and transport arrangements.
Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
Manage guest house facilities if applicable.
Track inventory and ensure proper utilization of office resources.
