We are looking for a motivated Python Backend Developer Intern who is eager to learn and work on real-world backend applications, APIs, automation tools, and data processing systems. This internship is designed for students and recent graduates who want hands-on experience in software development.
You will work closely with experienced developers and contribute to production-level projects while learning industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing backend services using Python.
- Build and test REST APIs.
- Work with SQL databases to store and retrieve data.
- Write clean, readable, and well-documented code.
- Debug and fix issues in existing applications.
- Process and manipulate large datasets.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Learn and implement new technologies as required.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of functions, loops, classes, and data structures.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Knowledge of Git fundamentals.
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
Preferred Skills
- FastAPI, Flask, or Django (basic knowledge)
- SQLite/PostgreSQL
- Linux basics
- Web scraping (BeautifulSoup/Selenium)
- Docker (basic understanding)
Eligibility
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Candidates with personal projects, internships, or GitHub contributions are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
