We are looking for an experienced Head of AI/ML – Healthcare & SaaS to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered healthcare and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, scalable SaaS architecture, and healthcare technology platforms.
The candidate will drive AI innovation, build production-ready ML systems, and lead cross-functional teams to create intelligent, scalable, and secure healthcare SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute AI/ML strategy for healthcare and SaaS products
- Lead and mentor AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and development teams
- Design scalable AI architectures using LLMs, NLP, RAG pipelines, and AI Agents
- Develop AI-powered healthcare automation, analytics, and intelligent workflow systems
- Build and optimize SaaS-based AI platforms with high scalability and performance
- Implement MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Business teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, etc.
- Research and integrate emerging AI technologies into existing platforms
- Drive security, reliability, and AI governance best practices
