JOB OVERVIEW: The Steward is responsible for supporting the restaurant or café operations by serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, setting up tables, and assisting the service team. The role requires good communication skills, grooming, and a customer-first approach.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:· Greet guests and assist them to their tables.· Present menus and help guests with menu selection when required.· Serve food and beverages as per service standards.· Attend to guest requests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.· Set up and clear tables before and after service.· Prepare service stations with necessary cutlery, crockery, and glassware.· Assist waiters and supervisors in delivering food orders.· Refill water, beverages, and accompaniments during service.· Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and pantry.· Follow hygiene and safety standards as per company policies.· Ensure proper cleaning and polishing of equipment.· Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver orders timely.· Ensure communication of special requests or dietary preferences to the kitchen.· Support senior staff during busy operations. QUALIFICATION:
· 10th/12th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
· Basic knowledge of F&B service standards.
· Pleasing personality and professional grooming.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Ability to work in rotational shifts.
· Fresher / Experience both are welcome.

Flexible schedules, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
