We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Architect with strong development expertise to lead Power BI team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SQL, Data Warehousing concepts, and advanced Power BI capabilities. SAP BO experience is a plus. This role requires both architectural vision and hands‑on development skills to ensure a successful migration, strong communication skills to manage business stakeholders effectively.
Design and architect end-to-end Power BI solutions including data ingestion, modeling, report development, and deployment.
Lead the end‑to‑end migration of SAP BO reports into Power BI.
Design and implement scalable data models and semantic layers in Power BI.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into Power BI solutions.
Optimize DAX queries, measures, and visuals for performance and usability.
Establish best practices for Power BI governance, security, and deployment.
Work closely with Data Warehouse teams to ensure efficient data integration.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of migrated reports.
Document architecture, processes, and standards for ongoing support.

Strong expertise in SQL and Data Warehousing concepts (ETL, star/snowflake schemas, fact/dimension modeling).

Advanced Power BI skills: DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, performance tuning, row‑level security, deployment pipelines.

Experience in report migration projects (SAP BO to Power BI preferred) is an added advantage.
