We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and supporting sales activities. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience who want to build a career in sales and business development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services
- Maintain and update customer data and follow-ups
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Prepare basic sales reports and updates
- Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support
Sales & Communication Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of sales process
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to convince and close deals
Tools & Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM tools (basic – preferred)
- Comfortable with phone calls and client interaction
