Job Summary
We are hiring Ceramic Engineers / Ceramic Supervisors for a leading ceramic tile manufacturing company in Morbi. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates with knowledge of ceramic tile production and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the ceramic tile manufacturing process.
- Monitor raw material usage and maintain consumption reports.
- Prepare production and daily process reports.
- Ensure proper production parameters are maintained.
- Monitor tile quality, dimensions, and manufacturing standards.
- Understand tile specifications, strength, and quality testing.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure smooth plant operations while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in the ceramic tile manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of:
- Ceramic raw materials
- Tile manufacturing process
- Material consumption reports
- Production parameters
- Tile sizes and specifications
- Tile strength and quality standards
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
