Business Analyst - CRM/Salesforce

Mandatory Skills:

* Retail or Automotive domain
* Requirement gathering and business process mapping
* User stories, BRD, FRD, UAT
* Agile methodology
Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze business requirements.
* Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
* Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
* Support UAT, defect triage, and release planning.
* Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams.
* Common Mandatory Requirements (Applicable to All Roles)
* Salesforce experience is mandatory.
* Retail and/or Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
* Ability to work with global teams and clients.
